Package contains a book bomb exploded at the Secretariat office which was also Utan Kayu News Radio (KBR) 68H. The package was addressed to the founder of the Liberal Islam Network (JIL), Ulil Abshar Abdalla.
When opened, the book exploded. Three policemen were wounded. The most visible victims of the severe East Jakarta Police Criminal Police Commissioner Dody Rachmawan.
